The Halloween Carnival activities are from 4:00-6:00 pm on Thursday, October 31st at the Middle School Cafeteria and Roosevelt Elementary Gymnasium. This event is being brought to you by the City of Granger, Granger Lion’s Club, Roosevelt School PTO, and Granger Assembly of God.
